Our Management Team

Vera is in charge of the Administrative Staff. She enters and processes all payables data including payments to the owners.

Fred is in charge of the crew and all related schedules for construction and make ready projects. Fred prepares all quotes for project work.

Ariana is responsible for showing units, tracking application statuses, and signing leases.

Alana is in charge of all maintenance requests. Scheduling and tracking of completion and costs.

Maria is in charge of all rents collected.

Randy is the Property Manager and works with owners to develop sound 5 year property plans.
